What I can design for you
My story
I’ve always loved art. But looking back at my paintings, it was obvious they were screaming out to be created on a computer!
As part of my Art Foundation at York College, I studied Graphic Design.
I then managed York’s first internet café, creating simple websites for its sister multimedia company.
After gaining a first class degree in Interactive Design, I joined the BBC for six years as an Interactive TV Designer. There I worked across departments such as CBeebies, did branding, usability including writing and setting up user testing.
I started designing for the web in 1996, before most people even had an email address!
Next, I specialised in web design for e-commerce for a London marketing agency Digivate. Here I designed websites, emails and user testing for large online shops such as Start-rite.

Every business is unique. I don’t niche in terms of sector. After all, you don’t want your designs to look the same as your competitor’s!
